JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

1) AI Video Production

Produce complete AI-generated videos based on briefs, scripts, references, and creative direction provided by the company.

2) Video Editing and Post-Production

Edit and finalize videos, including visuals, voice-over, audio, subtitles, text overlays, transitions, effects, and other required production elements.

3) Script and Concept Execution

Transform scripts, ideas, product messages, or visual references into clear, engaging, and professionally structured videos.

4) AI Asset and Production Management

Create and systematically manage prompts, AI visuals, characters, scenes, voice assets, raw files, project files, templates, and final video outputs.

5) Quality and Delivery Management

Ensure all videos meet the company’s quality standards, are completed within the required timeline, and are revised accurately based on feedback from the Creative Manager.

Required Skills

1.⁠ ⁠Strong technical expertise in AI video generation and video editing.
2.⁠ ⁠Proficient in relevant AI video, image, voice, and editing tools.
3.⁠ ⁠Able to independently manage the complete video production process from brief to final output.
4.⁠ ⁠Strong visual judgment in composition, pacing, storytelling, audio, transitions, and text placement.
5.⁠ ⁠Able to troubleshoot technical production issues without requiring basic technical training.

Job Requirements

1.⁠ ⁠Proven hands-on experience in AI video production and video editing.
2.⁠ ⁠A strong portfolio of high-quality AI-generated videos is mandatory.
3.⁠ ⁠Candidates must be technically job-ready and able to work independently.
4.⁠ ⁠This position is not suitable for beginners or candidates who require basic technical training.
5.⁠ ⁠The company will provide training only on strategy, methods, workflows, brand direction, internal structure, and execution standards.
