Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Handle payroll preparation, claims, and ensure timely salary processing in coordination with the finance team
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (e.g., Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR reporting
  • Support HR administrative tasks including documentation, letters, and HR policies implementation

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles)
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
