Public Relation Executive
A Public Relations (PR) Officer is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing the public image and reputation of an organization. The role involves developing communication strategies, creating media content, and managing relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public to ensure positive brand visibility.
• Media Relations :
Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media briefings.
Monitor media coverage and prepare media report.
• Strategic Communication:
Develop PR strategies and communication plans aligned with company goals.
Create key messages to ensure consistent branding and communication.
Handle crisis communication and respond to media inquiries professionally.
• Content Creation :
Produce engaging communication materials, including social media posts.
Assist in creating promotional videos, infographics, and campaigns.
Assist in developing communication materials: brochures, reports, presentations, and website content.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Brand & Reputation Management:
Maintain and enhance the company’s public image and identity.
Conduct reputation audits and track public perception.
Support branding and promotional initiatives.
• Internal Communication :
Prepare internal newsletters, announcements, and communication briefs.
Support leadership in communicating key messages to employees.
